For 10 years, the Animal Justice Party has led the fight to represent animal interests in Parliament and in councils throughout Australia. Our movement believes in the power of young people to galvanize true progress for the future of the animals. We offer a Young AJP membership for those ages 18 to 30 who are committed to animal protection -- an extension of our party for young people, by young people.

Your Young AJP membership will increase the power of our movement as we draw nearer to the 2023 elections. The more members we have, the louder our collective voice will be in safeguarding animal interests and achieving lasting policy change.

Financial membership lasts for one full year. You’ll receive a reminder before your renewal is processed.

If you pay via credit card, your membership will automatically renew each year using the same payment method, unless you cancel it before the renewal date. If you would prefer not to auto-renew, choose the PayPal option instead, which allows one-off payments only.

I wish to become a member of the above political party. I am eligible to enrol for NSW elections. I am not a member of another political party, I am an Australian citizen. I consent to this form being forwarded to the Australian Electoral Commission in support of the party’s application for registration. I declare that the information I have given on this form is true and complete.

I declare that I am permitted under the laws of the Electoral Funding Act 2018 (NSW) to make a political donation;

I declare that I am either on the electoral roll, an entity with a business number, or my identification has been accepted by the NSW Electoral Commission;

I am not a prohibited donor such as property developer, tobacco industry business entity or a liquor or gambling industry business entity, nor a close associate of a prohibited donor as defined by the Act

Donations to the Animal Justice Party NSW cannot exceed $8100 in the 2025/26 financial year;

Donations (single or aggregated) of $1000 or more for the financial year including memberships will require a declaration to the NSW Electoral Commission;

*Donations and membership fees are tax deductible ($1,500 limit).

If you live in a different State than NSW, you can become a Member of your State through our National Website. If you accidentally joined in the wrong State just let us know and we can easily transfer your membership to the correct state.
