I wish to become a member of the above political party. I am eligible to enrol for NSW elections. I am not a member of another political party, I am an Australian citizen. I consent to this form being forwarded to the Australian Electoral Commission in support of the party’s application for registration. I declare that the information I have given on this form is true and complete.

I declare that I am permitted under the laws of the Electoral Funding Act 2018 (NSW) to make a political donation;

I declare that I am either on the electoral roll, an entity with a business number, or my identification has been accepted by the NSW Electoral Commission;

I am not a prohibited donor such as property developer, tobacco industry business entity or a liquor or gambling industry business entity, nor a close associate of a prohibited donor as defined by the Act

Donations to the Animal Justice Party NSW cannot exceed $8100 in the 2025/26 financial year;

Donations (single or aggregated) of $1000 or more for the financial year including memberships will require a declaration to the NSW Electoral Commission;

If you live in a different State than NSW, you can become a Member of your State through our National Website. If you accidentally joined in the wrong State just let us know and we can easily transfer your membership to the correct state.
