‘I was born and raised on the North Shore and currently share my home with Hugo the foster dog. I have a Masters in Health Science (Distinction) and have spent the last 12 years working in health research for both the private sector and with respected Universities.
I decided to stand for the Animal Justice Party in the NSW State Election to give people the opportunity to vote for AJPs core values of kindness, equality, rationality and non-violence.
I am passionate about protecting animals and believe they deserve the right to live their life free from cruelty or commodification. I have been vegan for over 2 years and immediately became an animal rights advocate at that time.
The environmental and health benefits of not exploiting animals is an overwhelming added bonus, and are clearly outlined in AJPs policies which I encourage everyone to read. ‘
