Protect Koalas from Extinction by demanding the end of Native Forest Logging and Land clearing.  There will be guest speakers from a range of organisations such as Save Sydneys Koalas, Bob Brown Foundation, Total Environment, Humane Society International and our own AJP Matt Stellino Campbelltown Councillor. These people are experts on what is needed to save koalas and they will bring with them their own perspectives with the intention of uniting with other organisations, to be a voice for Koalas and their habitat. 

There will be drum accompaniment as we march through the Corso to the office of James Griffin (NSW Minister for Environment and Heritage) and then back to our starting point with the intention of raising awareness of what needs to be done to save our beloved marsupials. There will be a petition to sign to Save Sydneys Koalas, 12 or so AJP Corflutes and a huge banner for members to hold.

The 30th September was chosen because this is National Save The Koala Day which is a part of Save The Koala month.
