Membership Criteria

Please confirm the following before joining:

1. I wish to become a member of the above political party. I am eligible to enrol for NSW elections. I am not a member of another political party, I am an Australian citizen. I consent to this form being forwarded to the Australian Electoral Commission in support of the party’s application for registration. I declare that the information I have given on this form is true and complete.
2. I declare that I am permitted under the laws of the Electoral Funding Act 2018 (NSW) to make a political donation;
3. I declare that I am either on the electoral roll, an entity with a business number, or my identification has been accepted by the NSW Electoral Commission;
4. I am not a prohibited donor such as property developer, tobacco industry business entity or a liquor or gambling industry business entity, nor a close associate of a prohibited donor as defined by the Act
