Emma has always had a deep love and respect for animals. From an early age, animal welfare has been at the heart of who she is, caring for unwanted and neglected animals and volunteering with numerous rescue and protection organisations.
Alongside her lifelong dedication to animals, Emma has served the Australian community through her work in the public sector, specialising in financial and economic crime. She holds a master’s degree in analysis and a doctorate exploring how organisational and intelligence theory can strengthen regulatory efforts against financial crime.
Originally from Bowral and now living in Sydney, Emma continues to combine her professional expertise with her dedication to animal welfare. She believes meaningful change begins with legislation and policy that genuinely values and protects all animals from harm, for the benefit of animals, people, and the environment alike.
