It’s time to replace cruel shark nets with modern technologies that protect both humans and animals.
Dolphins, whales, turtles and sharks have suffered and died painfully from sharks nets along the northern beaches.
Sharks continue to make their way into Manly Beach despite the shark nets because shark nets are grossly ineffective - much better, cruelty-free technology must be used.
Join us to demand that these killer nets are replaced with more effective and kinder technologies.
We will have plenty of protest signs, speakers include Animal Justice Party’s Bailey Mason and there will be mermaids trapped under nets to symbolise the destruction of our precious marine life.
This is a peaceful protest.
