Teresa Romanovsky, Deputy Convenor

Based in Sydney's Inner West on Gadigal Country, Teresa has been an active member of the AJP since 2017, holding a variety of roles including Regional Group Leader, Party Delegate, Registered Officer and previous and current NSW Committee Deputy Convenor.  Teresa also ran as a candidate for Summer Hill in the 2019 State Election and has supported many other candidates with their own candidate campaigns including recruiting and organising volunteers, holding fundraisers and participating in a variety of outreach events.

 

Teresa has a long corporate career in the Recruitment industry, including now running a business that connects mission and impact driven employers to purpose and values driven job seekers.  A previous cat rescuer, managing Maggie's Rescue cat adoptions, Teresa has continued to support rescue efforts by regularly fostering (and sometimes foster failing!) many senior cats and litters of kittens.  Teresa is passionate about supporting the AJP's decision making and governance to ensure it can continue to develop new policies, reach our evolving existing and potential voter base, and to assist the party with its ongoing administration and smooth functioning.
