Stardust Circus Protest Shellharbour
February 23 @ 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm
The Stardust Circus is coming to Shellharbour – and along with our AJP MP Emma Hurst and Wollongong Animal Save, we’ll be holding a peaceful protest against the use of animals in Stardust Circus.
Keeping animals in cages and forcing them to perform for human “entertainment” is animal abuse and exploitation.
By exploiting animals, Stardust Circus is teaching the public that animal domination and cruelty is ok. They are failing in their social obligation and responsibility to the community.
Over 40 councils across Australia have banned the use of circus animals, but what we need is a statewide ban, with no loopholes, so no more suffering animals can slip through the cracks.
Join us on Saturday February 8, from 2.30pm outside Stardust Circus on Lake Entrance Rd next to Stocklands, Shellharbour.
Together we can be the voice for these suffering animals. See you all there!
